【Video Surveillance System Operation and Management Policy】
Skin&Beam (hereinafter referred to as 'the Clinic') informs you through this Video Surveillance System Operation and Management Policy about how the video information processed by the Clinic is used, managed, and in what manner.

1. Legal Basis and Purpose of Installation of Video Surveillance Systems
The Clinic installs and operates video surveillance systems for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Crime prevention, fire prevention, and facility safety management

2. Number of Units Installed, Installation Locations, and Recording Coverage
- Number of units installed: Annex - 20 units, 5th floor - 23 units, 4th floor - 13 units, 3rd floor - 15 units, 2nd floor - 16 units
- Installation locations and recording coverage: Inside the Clinic -> Director's offices on each floor, entrances, hallways, storage rooms, patient waiting areas, locker rooms, information desks, staff rooms, procedure rooms, consultation rooms, and other major clinic facilities

3. Recording Hours, Retention Period, Storage Location, and Processing Method of Video Information
- Recording hours: 24 hours
- Retention period: 1 month from the date of recording
- Storage location: Annex hallway separate space (with locking device installed), 5th floor procedure room (with locking device installed), 4th floor desk (with locking device installed), 3rd floor staff room (with locking device installed), 2nd floor desk (with locking device installed)
- Processing method: Automatic permanent deletion upon expiration of the retention period

4. Measures Regarding Requests by Data Subjects for Access to Video Information
- You may request the video surveillance system operator at any time to view, confirm the existence of, or delete your personal video information.
- The Clinic shall take necessary measures without delay when a request is made to view, confirm the existence of, or delete personal video information, unless restricted by laws or regulations.

5. Methods and Locations for Verifying Personal Video Information
- Verification method: Contact the video information management officer in advance and verification is available upon visiting the Clinic
※ If third-party personal information is included in the video footage, access may be restricted under the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Verification location: General Affairs Department

- The Clinic grants differentiated access rights to personal information, and manages the creation date/time of personal video information, the purpose of viewing, the viewer, and the date/time of viewing. In addition, locking devices are installed for the safe physical storage of personal video information.

8. Matters Regarding Changes to the Video Surveillance System Operation and Management Policy
- The Clinic establishes and discloses the Video Surveillance System Operation and Management Policy for the protection of data subjects' personal information and rights. If this policy is revised, the changes shall be immediately reflected in the Video Surveillance System Operation and Management Policy on the website.
