Terms of Use
Skin&Beam upholds the principle of protecting personal information of users who use its website, and complies with the personal information protection regulations under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as the personal information protection guidelines established by the Ministry of Information and Communication.
Through these Terms of Use, Skin&Beam informs users that personal information is not collected without consent, and explains how personal information is used and how personal information protection is implemented.
Personal information obtained through membership registration shall not be transferred or sold for profit-seeking purposes.

Article 1. Consent to Collection of Personal Information
If you wish to register as a member of Skin&Beam, your consent to the collection of personal information is deemed to have been given upon agreeing to the contents of these Terms of Use.
Skin&Beam shall take necessary measures to ensure that membership withdrawal regarding the collection of personal information can be exercised through the same methods and procedures as those used at the time of personal information collection.

Article 2. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to comply with and stipulate matters related to the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Skin&Beam, and other necessary matters, as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and its enforcement decree.
The purpose is to verify identity and manage members for the provision of services upon membership registration.
This is to fulfill the services provided by Skin&Beam (medical consultation, appointment booking, informational materials, various event information, etc.).
Skin&Beam has established a channel through which you may submit opinions and complaints related to personal information protection, and if you have any complaints related to personal information, please contact the personal information management officer of Skin&Beam, and immediate action will be taken upon receipt.

Article 3. Effect and Amendment of Terms
1. Skin&Beam shall not provide or share users' information with third parties or other organizations without the users' consent. If sharing with partner companies is necessary for better service provision, individual notice shall be given and consent shall be obtained. If you do not consent, information shall not be shared with partner companies.
2. Users may verify their personal information at any time, and may modify or delete it if desired.
3. Your personal information shall be destroyed when the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved. If continued retention is necessary, the user's consent shall be obtained.
- In the case of membership registration information, when the member withdraws from membership or is expelled from membership
- In the case of medical fee payment information, when the medical fees are fully paid or when the statute of limitations for claims has expired
- In the case of medical records, when medical care or services have been delivered or provided
(However, exceptions shall be made where retention is required by the provisions of laws such as the Commercial Act.)

Article 4. Service Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Usage Restrictions
Service Withdrawal
1. If a user wishes to withdraw from the service, the member must directly request cancellation from the operator via email.
2. When applying for service withdrawal, if you provide your name, ID, phone number, and reason for cancellation, your membership will be terminated after verifying the information against the member records.
3. Withdrawal is confirmed if login is no longer possible with the existing ID and password.

Service Re-registration
If a user who has withdrawn from the service wishes to re-register, they may request re-registration directly via email.

Usage Restrictions
The company may terminate the usage agreement or suspend the service for a specified period without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following activities.
1) Planning or executing criminal activities through the use of the service
2) Causing disadvantage to others
3) Registering with multiple IDs by the same user
4) Impeding sound usage of the service
5) Violating other relevant laws or the terms of use established by the company

Article 5. Measures to Prevent Personal Information Leakage
Skin&Beam is making efforts to ensure the safety of personal information against theft, loss, or damage through the following methods when using users' personal information.

1. Your personal information is protected by your ID and password, and can only be modified/deleted by the system administrator and yourself. When transferring files or data, encryption is applied, and protection is provided through separate security functions.
2. Skin&Beam takes measures to prevent damage to users from computer viruses by using antivirus programs.
3. Skin&Beam uses security devices that can safely transmit personal information over the network using encryption algorithms. Devices are used to prevent the leakage of your personal information due to hacking and to block unauthorized external intrusions.

Article 6. Obligations of Members
1. Members shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms, various regulations established by Skin&Beam, service usage guidelines, announcements or notices published by the company, and relevant laws, and shall not engage in activities that interfere with the business of Skin&Beam or damage the reputation of Skin&Beam.
2. Except where Skin&Beam bears responsibility under relevant laws and the personal information protection policy, the member is responsible for any consequences arising from negligent management or unauthorized use.
3. Members must complete all information truthfully based on facts using their real name when applying for services or modifying member information. If false or another person's information is registered, no rights may be claimed.
4. Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties.
5. Members shall not engage in any of the following activities. If such activities are committed, Skin&Beam may impose sanctions including restrictions on the member's use of services and lawful measures.
(1) Registering false information when applying for membership or modifying member information
(2) Misappropriating other users' IDs, resident registration numbers, passwords, email addresses, or other personal information
(3) Trading or transferring the user's ID and provided services to others without the company's consent
(4) Activities that violate other relevant laws
