Beauty Therapist (Medical Aesthetics)

We are looking for medical aesthetics therapists ready to step onto a bigger stage.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily beauty treatments including basic facial care, cleansing and skin infusion
• After mastering basic treatments, progressively train to operate medical-grade equipment (Thermage, Ultherapy, Potenza, etc.) under the guidance of senior therapists
• Pre-treatment preparation: equipment setup, room preparation and routine instrument maintenance
• Contribute to daily branch operations and service quality

Requirements

• Experience not required, mindset comes first: 1 year of work experience (candidates from airline, hospitality, retail or customer service are welcome)
• No aesthetic background needed — we provide a comprehensive training programme; you only need a willingness to learn and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and service quality

Preferred

• Experience in beauty, healthcare, medical or service industries
• Injection procedure assistance experience
• ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO or equivalent certification
• Team management or leadership experience
