Junior Beauty Consultant / Consultant Trainee

Communication is the core of this role. Even without beauty industry experience, if you have worked face to face with customers and know how to listen, explain and build trust, we will teach you the rest.

Skin & Beam is part of Korea's largest medical aesthetics group MUSE Clinic. Our Consultant Trainee programme covers treatment knowledge, consultation skills, our booking and CRM systems, and the honest, recommend-once approach our clinics are known for.

What you will do

• Welcome clients, handle check-in and answer first questions about treatments
• Learn to run consultations alongside senior consultants, then independently
• Manage bookings and follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp and online platforms
• Keep accurate client records and support branch administration

Requirements

• Sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Clear, warm communication; comfortable explaining things simply
• Honest and diligent; works well in a team
• Chinese and English typing; fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
• Right to work in Hong Kong

Preferred

• Any beauty or skincare industry exposure
• Familiarity with social media customer communication or CRM tools
