Beauty Consultant (Medical Aesthetics)

Skin & Beam is part of Korea's largest medical aesthetics group MUSE Clinic, with presence across Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and Vietnam. We are looking for beauty consultants ready to step onto a bigger stage — becoming the vital link between clients and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty consultations, leveraging Korean advanced technology knowledge to recommend optimal treatments
• Offer expert knowledge on laser and medical aesthetics treatments to address client skin concerns
• Promote treatments and products honestly — our principle is to recommend once, clearly, and let the client decide
• Manage client appointments via phone and online platforms, and follow up on treatment progress
• Respond to client enquiries via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp and other channels with prompt, professional service
• Maintain detailed client treatment records, build lasting relationships and enhance brand loyalty
• Support branch managers with daily operations, administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements

• 1+ year in beauty consulting or customer service (medical aesthetics preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build client trust
• Honest, diligent and attentive to service details
• Strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing; able to handle administrative tasks
• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin

Preferred

• Sales experience in the medical aesthetics industry
• Fluent English
• Familiar with client communication via social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram)
• Experience with appointment management or CRM systems
